
BAKED FETA WITH OLIVES & PEPPERONCINI
This is an easy appetizer to prepare and serve. You can keep these ingredients on hand and make this for movie night or  company.  We truly can't get enough of it.
INGREDIENTS
5.3 oz. Aristaeus Feta cheese
1 cup of mixed unpitted olives, kalamata preferred
1/2 cup of sliced pepperoncini peppers from a jar, drained
Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 medium lemon
2 tablespoons of fresh oregano leaves
red pepper flakes and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Place the Feta cheese in a gratin dish, then add the olives and pepperoncini around the Feta. Drizzle olive oil over both and then squeeze the lemon. Sprinkle oregano leaves and then grind the pepper over everything to taste. Bake for 30 minutes and serve immediately with crackers or toasted baguette slices.
